PASCAL Shared Read

PASCAL Shared Read Online

Join us for the Spring 2025 Shared Read series! We will be collectively reading and sharing our thoughts on You Look Like a Thing and I Love You: How Artificial Intelligence Works and Why It's Making the World a Weirder Place by Janelle Shane.

Each month we will explore various chapters as listed below. Each session will be co-facilitated by members of the PASCAL community. While we will have some prompts for discussion, each session will allow for a free flow of ideas and comments. We ask that everyone be respectful and come with an open mind.

We hope you will be able to attend all three discussions but if you miss a session that’s OK!  We want you to join us as you are able to.

Copies of the book will not be provided. However, there are multiple copies available at PASCAL member libraries that can be requested through PASCAL Delivers. Your local public library may also have copies available in print or e-book.
