Next Discovery Experience (NDE) Office Hours - Extended Session Online
The Next Discovery Experience (NDE) is Ex Libris's new, streamlined user interface for Primo VE. PASCAL's NDE Task Force is coordinating testing, evaluation, and migration planning across member libraries, with a Summer 2026 target for consortial migration.
Join the PASCAL NDE Task Force for an extended session as part of our monthly office hours supporting member libraries through the transition to Next Discovery Experience. This November session will be 2 hours to provide additional time for discussion following the general NDE release.
The session will begin with a presentation covering the general NDE release and what member institutions can expect when accessing NDE in their production environments, followed by open Q&A where attendees can ask questions about NDE features, testing opportunities, migration planning, or any other aspects of the transition. With member institutions now having access to NDE in their production environments, there will be extra time to address hands-on questions and troubleshooting.
All PASCAL member library staff are welcome, regardless of role or involvement level with discovery services. Questions submitted through the NDE feedback form on the PASCAL website may be addressed during office hours, providing another way to get answers even when unable to attend the session.
Drop-ins are encouraged! These sessions are designed to be flexible and responsive to member needs throughout the NDE transition process.
Registration Is required. Sessions will be recorded and made available afterward for those who cannot attend.
